Once I was reading blog with the premise of what was required of a good Christian mom. I left feeling discouraged, rather than encouraged. I wondered if I would ever rise above the ranks of mediocrity. Three children (and one in the oven) later, I realized on my journey that perfection in motherhood is rarely achieved and quickly fleeting. Quiet Times and Baptisms
Today I made the girls do quiet time, which means playing in their room with toys, while I take a break. Apparently, I should intermittently check in on the girls, cause the came out with wet heads. I asked them why their heads were wet and they said, "We baptisized each other." There goes my Calvinist opposition to re-baptism.
